Welcome to my website! 

This website is for reflection of my teaching practices.  In order to grow as a teacher, I need to take time to reflect on my practices to assess the growth of both myself and my students.  I teach secondary English at a technical school in New Jersey.  I also do technology integration for the faculty.  My passion is learning and sharing globally.  The beauty of technology is that we are no longer isolated in our practices, rather, we can teach each other and share practices that promote effective learning.
